3. Make a request for documentation
It allows you to confirm the documentation request of at least five types of documents: Logs and Annexes, Reports, Graphics and Plans, Seismic Sections and Additional Documentation of Seismic Surveys or Permits. To make this, a number of steps need to be taken.
1. Choosing the correct information to be requested: If you need to choose Reports or Graphics and Plans, you may select as many documents as you want from Results Data Search table or from the appropiate tab in a well, licence or concrete seismic survey. If you want to select logs you can make it from the appropiate Well tab or Seismic Survey from the aasociated tab. If you wish to request additional Documentation you must select from the corresponding tab of specific permit or field campaign. In order to select these documents, "Sel." box will be checked from the appropiate table.
As further documents are selected, the "Selected documentation list" counter, in the upper right corner of the screen, will be increased in accordance with the selected elements.
2. Confirmation Request: In the "Selected Documents" screen, you can review the document list you have selected to make sure that it's correct, being able to add or eliminate documents that you can not ask for. In order changes to take effect, you can click "Confirm Request" button.
3. Entering data of the applicant: In the next screen petitioner information will be requested. You must always fill data in fields marked in red. Once fields are filled, you can click "Send" button to make effective the request.
4. Request Sent Confirmation: Finally, a screen will be shown indicating the sending of request has ended succesfully. It will be shown as well: date of registration, number of registration, a key to look up about it and two links to consult data in the Telematic Register and and the corresponding verification file.
