4.6.2. Search Results

 

Once the search is done, if there are results, they will be displayed in a table. This table contains a row for each additional documentation and shows its identifier, title, year, permissions and a box to be able to select it in case you want to make a request for it.

 

At the top of the table there is a drop-down menu that allows you to select the number of results you want to display per page, two data export buttons, one to download the data in CSV format and another for XLS, and a field to be able to filter the search performed by any column. While at the bottom of the table there is a pagination control that allows you to quickly move through the result set, and you can see the number of search results.

 

 

 

 

Clicking on the link in the "Identifier" column expands the information on the selected additional documentation on a new screen. In the detailed information you can see the general data of the additional documentation.
